Goods delivery

The shipping cost of goods to Lithuania is 4.50 eur; on the Curonian Spit charges an additional shipping fee of 40 eur (EU 15 eur). Delivery of goods is carried out by means of a courier service, LP Express and DPD. Goods in Lithuania are delivered after your payment within 2-3 working days; in the European Union within 10-14 working days to the specified address.

Before the goods are received from the carrier, the consignee must check the safety of the packaging, thus inspect it for autopsy and external damage (packing wet, ragged, torn, or otherwise externally damaged).

If the packaging is damaged goods, then the buyer must be informed about this in the relevant act of acceptance and transfer of goods. By signing the document, provided by the courier. Without any remarks, the buyer acknowledges that for the appearance of the order has no claims, the premise without any damage.

Products from the courier can only be picked up by an order issued by the person or the person named in the order or in the order records. On receiving goods, the consignee must produce an identification document (passport, driving license, identity card).

Ways to pay for the goods.

Return and exchange of goods 

The period of return and exchange of quality goods purchased from the online store is 14 days, after the goods have been received. 

The return or exchange of goods is only possible to the buyer following these conditions:

  •                    For a refund or exchange, the goods must not be used, but must be in it's original packaging.
  •                    There must be no traces of usage, you must save the presentation, on the product must be stored all tags, labels and seals, as well as the packaging of the goods.
  •                    To return or exchange, the goods must be of the same composition / configuration, after the purchase.

After completing the above listed conditions, together with the returned item, you must send a request for the return and exchange of the goods. In the request please indicate your name, invoice number, product name and price, the bank account into which the money should be returned.

After receiving the goods and making sure that the product meets the requirements listed above, within 5 working days, we will refund your money in your specified account. In the exchange, if the goods are in stock, it will be sent immediately. If the product is not in stock, the return of goods procedure may stay for 10-12 days.
The return of goods required quality is enforced by the Minister of Economy on 17th August 2001, No. 258, on the basis that, in accordance with the approved rules for the sale of articles and services, thus when an agreement is concluded by the means of communication. Customers, who are not satisfied with the item, return goods at their own expense.

If the seller does not comply with the legitimate demands of the consumer, he/she has the right to appeal, by writing to the State so it does not inspect food products under the Ministry of Economy or its territorial divisions, to protect their rights.
